Colorado Jobs is the gateway to services from Connecting Colorado and the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment on your mobile or tablet device. This intuitive, native app provides a convenient way to search for and apply for jobs as well as see job match information. In addition, the app allows you to find the nearest Workforce Center for in-person services.

Dashboard

The dashboard is the central location for accessing information such as total job openings available, number of favorited jobs, as well as quick links to features like search, workforce centers, and SKILLFUL.

Tapping the hamburger button in the upper left corner opens a menu which allows the user to navigate between different parts of the app.

Help

Use the Help button throughout the app to open the help dialog, which explains the current screen and how navigate within the app.

Job Search

Users can search for open job position by job title or job description. The job search results screen lets the user see a list of open positions matching their search terms. Users can even see how close a job is relative to their position.

Job Detail

Once a user finds a job they are interested in, they can tap it to see more details about that job. In addition to a traditional job description, users can also see the location of the job on a map, details on how to apply for a job, and LMI data for a job.

The job detail screen also allows users to share interesting jobs with their friends and family, and favorite a job to quickly access it later.

Favorite Jobs

This screen allows the user to access jobs that they have previously favorited. They can also unfavorite jobs that they are no longer interested in.

Workforce Centers

Users can view a list of nearby workforce centers, and even sort the list based on the distance to the user.

Users can tap on a workforce center to get more details, such as a map showing the center’s location, and the contact information for that center.
